Partner Prenatal Workshop

Service Description

A 2-hour workshop split into an hour of doula tips/childbirth preparation and an hour of prenatal yoga! Bring a partner with you so they can also learn how to best support you during pregnancy, labor and birth. A partner can be your significant other, parent, friend, or doula. Also feel free to come alone! Mats, props, snacks and water will be provided. $50 per couple.
