Beyond Birth offers comprehensive, in-home childbirth education throughout the Panama City area.
Process, Pain & Positioning- $200
This is a 2.5-3 hour long class in which we learn how to effectively communicate our desires of labor and birth with our partner, as well as putting them into a written plan. We also cover topics such as fetal positioning, the labor process, comfort measures, and positions for labor and birth. After this class, you should walk away feeling empowered in your decision to birth the way you envision.

This class is offered for couples. Why?
Giving birth can be very hard work, so it can help to have a partner who knows the ropes as well. Whether it's your significant other, family member, doula or friend, a partner can help you implement and practice the skills you learn in class. Whoever you choose to attend should be someone who is consistent and plans to be present at your labor and birth.
If you are unable to have a partner present, please do not let this stop you from taking this class! Please plan to share your learnings with your birth partner on your own time.
