Our balms and skincare products are handcrafted in small batches using natural, non-toxic ingredients. Once an item has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or resold.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

 

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

While our products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients, we cannot guarantee they will work for every individual. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully before purchasing. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for skin reactions or sensitivities.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen thereafter. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
