Service Description

Designed for new parents, this beginner-friendly class focuses on healing the postpartum body and providing relaxation during this transformative time with your sweet little one. Join us for an hour of gentle yoga, bonding with your baby, and connecting with other parents. Located at Emerald Coast Jiu-Jitsu Mats and props are provided Babies allowed from newborn to crawlers (babies not yet walking) Must be at least 4 weeks postpartum and cleared for activity
